SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is automatically calculated using USPS rates. These rates are adjusted to match current mailing rate percentages. Larger or bulk orders will be calculated via weight and charged to customer. We offer both First Class and Priority mail options. We DO NOT offer international shipping. For bulk shipping please contact us via our contact form on the front page.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted for all defects from building our products. We do not accept returns for damaged or lost items. Damage due to shipping will be accepted on a case by case basis. Customers will use the "Contact Us" form for communication on returns. Return shipping will be at the cost of Endless Trail Leatherworks. Customers will pay for new shipping cost for any exchange or delivery of replacement product. Return shipping label will be emailed to customer for use of return.
